Purchased a 18000 btu a/c LG brand, installed to the instructions. Ready to plug in a spark came out the outlet, 220 volts, tripped the circuit braker, called my electrician, cheked the outlet and the braker was nothing wrong. tested the cord was something with the connections. i called home depot explained what happen, I was told to return the A/C backto the store, refund my money. I am very upset because i waste my time on long hot day, a product of that size and weight left the factory not properly inspected, we talk high voltage power, something could have happen to me and to my house. read full review »
