I am a regular coustomer of walmart, I bought a blue ray DVD Dvd not noticing it was not a regular DVD, and tried to return it, was told since I had already opened it, I could only exchange it for a regular DVD of the same title, went to the electronics store and was told, none was available, there were no other copies of this particular movie in the store. I cannot believe how uncoperative everyone was from the electronics dept to coustomer service counter. Walmart has a no return policy as far as I am concerne.
