I was contacted about a $116 debt. After speaking with a manager I found out that the company had my correct name and phone number, but the wrong address and last 4-digits of the social security number. Because the last 4-digits of the social security number did not match mine they would not give me the name of the company so I could call and clear the manner up. They also stated that since the address and the last 4-digits of my social security number did not match I was the wrong person not to worry my phone number would be taken out of the database as a connection to this debit.
