I signed up for the Vision Prepaid visa card and have had nothing but trouble ever since. They keep charing me point of sale decline fees of $2.95 even though my card did not decline. I had plenty of money on it and didn't receive any kind of error message of declination. The atm's dispensed my request and my purchases went through. I called them to let them know of their error and they said it wasnt supposed to happen and credited me back the fees. It happened again and I emailed them this time and they required that I call in.
