May 28th 2011, we reserved a Ski boat and Ponton boat from 4pm to 8pm (4 hours) for a total of $579.15 ($75/hr for Ski Boat and $60/hr for Ponton Boat plus tax of $39.15). At the time when they charge my credit card, they did not inform me that the Ski boat is broken and the Ponton boat has not come back yet until we reached the dock.
