Arrow Financial filed suit for a company that closed down years ago.This company was for a water softener treatment that never worked. After years of payments to the original creditor, Arrow took over and had charged more than what was owed and this was no an interest charge. In frustration all payments stopped and they sued for their amount they claimed owed. Well we found an attorney to help us out. Arrow Financial could not prove the debt.
