My car was announced a total loss by my insurance company after a tree fell on it. The insurance company now has sent 2 checks to them the last one being sent fed ex. They gave me the tracking number and I have proof that it was signed for and now I am getting the run around as to why it has not been posted to the account. Four days later and still waiting. This payment was suppose to pay off the account. They have refused me more than once to speak with a supervisor.
