In January 2011 I had my Cabrio (Model: WTW6400SW2) repaired for the quality issue that was resulting in the F51 error code. After dealing with the horror that is the service company (who they don't tell you is jointly owned by sears & whirlpool) they use (who was a no show and then lied about calling us) I escalated after having waited more than 3 weeks and had a local repairman here to replace the control panel (it took 15 minutes in total) that was apparently the culprit.
