OMG, This crazy pill popping nutcase just put us together for $13, 000.00 including upfront money for a "loan modification" and the bank said they've never heard of her after almost 8 months. The bulk of the money that she scammed us out of was from a phony partnership that she only agreed to so we would invest in maintenance for her REO listings. When the money came back in she kept it and told us to go away. Now FREC is all over her. What an idiot for such a small amount of money.
