Note came due July 08. These people refuse to sign a new valid promissory note. They have to date never paid back one penny of principle. All they want is releases for themselves and their family members. They have taken in 2 plus million dollars and generated virtually no income or assets. All they have managed to do is spread the money amongst themselves and their family members. Loans to family members are not being repaid. They refuse to disclose any financial information. Communication is virtually non-existent. They tell everyone that if you sue, you will never see a penny. read full review »
