I got married on February 22, 2009. Harlan Cone was recommended to me. I called him and he had what appeared at the time to be great prices. He seemed to be a nice guy. Yeah right! We made payment arrangements to pay him for photographing and making a video at my wedding. On the days that we were suppose to pay him he would call me first thing in the morning.
