They are not giving to the children, they are taking away from the children. They have screwed me over. I have tried to explain to them how. The person(s) doing the audits do not know what the heck they are doing. I did my own audit of my case and I know they owe my child money. They claim I owe them and I have long paid them off from years ago and from recently.
