I contacted Wayne McClain to do an emergency roof patch. he charged me $300. using my tarp & ladder. It failed a week later, on the 1st rain. He convinced me while on the roof at 9pm using a flashlight that I had extensive hail & wind damage and the roof could cave in. He gave me a contact to sign authorizing him to represent me to our Insurance co. After 3 weeks went by, his patch failed again and he did nothing.
