Paul G. Allen is the fourth richest man in the world but yet he doesn't respond when someone contacts him and his company, Charter Communications about their fraudulent billing practices. There is no doubt that he does know that there are many complaints about xxx-movie charges placed on customer's bills for movies they never ordered or watched.
