Ordered half a dozen items from them. We assumed that we would get everything next day air because we paid for it. The day the package arrived, we got a notification that the puzzle toys were out of stock. They never notified us they were out of stock before they shipped it. We were missing 3 items and these were for our 3 year olds birthday. We also ordered a shirt on the same ordered which came 2 days later. It was too late for his birthday.
