I went to Proflowers.com and ordered my mom an arrangement for mothers day because I saw their tv ad indicating freeshipping.com. I purchased the arrangement, then I was told on a pop-up screen in the order process that I qualified for shipping refund. The company, Freeshipping.com asked for my credit card information and was supposed to refurd $19.95 I paid in shipping and handling, but instead, I see today on my bank account that they actually CHARGED ME MORE MONEY!!!
