Well I don't feel like typing all afternoon but my complaint is with ashford university and the "process" for getting money back for a class that I was charged for. I am a disability student and I was told if I hurried up and started thge new program, services would (access servicees for disability) would be in place ASAP. the short of it was I didnt get services, failed a class and when I asked about a grdae appeal I was told NO...retake the class and tuition would be reimbursed and grade would be removed.
