DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! PLEASE READ WHY... There are so many issues, I hardly know where to start, but let's start at the beginning - 1. This device fails EVERY time your computer goes to sleep or the screen saver comes up. This means that even if you leave your computer on overnight, you cannot use Magic Jack unless you take it out of the USB port you are using and move it to a different one. Every time.
