My name is investigator Miller. I was hired by a company to remain nameless that gave credit to a customer of Browning Equipment. That customer then sold the equipment back to Browning without ever having paid off that credit that was given to them. Any reputible business would know that the equipment sold would still have a lien filed against it. Browning Equipment decided to sell the equipment anyway.
