Trophy Depot's customer service is atrocious. A mistake with a credit card number was made on my $200 order and they asked me to call to correct it. I called repeatedly and was asked to leave a message. Nobody called me back. Waiting for a live operator means holding on the line for at least 30 minutes. When there is nothing the agent can do, the supervisor refuses to speak with you. Now my order is going to be three days late for baseball and scout parties. They could overnight the order and still get it to me but refuse. I will never use them again and I'm on a campaign to warn others of this company's horrible practices. read full review »
