Called them to fix a leak in my toilet. The guy on the phone stated that it sounded like a washer had worn out from where it was leaking. He said that would be a fairly easy job. So the repair guy comes out the first time. When asked what he thought was wrong, he named a couple of different things, and this was after he looked at it. Eventually, tells me the problems fixed but doesn't really answer my question about what was originally wrong. At that point I was just glad it was fixed.
