Because I question baggage charge and the representative didn't like my tone of voice she threw my credit card at me, and she and her supervisor bumped me off of my flight. Informed them I was going to a funeral, but they didn't care, hide there name badges, turn there heads and refuse to say another word. I never made the burial. read full review »
