It seems the reputation of this company is well deserved. Illegal merchandise, theft of money without delivery of merchandise, customer service department that ignores customers, charging credit cards fraudulently. From what I've read, the list goes on. A real crooked company. My own experience is along the lines of the basic, and illegal, charging of credit cards without having any intention of shipping the merchandies.
