My daughter's cell phone was stolen. AT&T wants a $250 dollar fee on top of the cost of the new phone because she still has 8 months on her contract. I have had 3 conversations with representatives on the phone and have been to the local store twice and I have gotten a different story from each person. Finally got a person on the phone who said that they would waive the fee if we signed a new 2 year agreement and paid an eighteen dollar activation fee.
