Went in for allignment and oil change at the Monroeville, Pa store. NTB was running decent specials at the time (couple days before Easter `11) and I told my wife that I was prepared to rebuff any attempt at upselling as specials usually just to get folks in the door and real money is made on other stuff. Manager and staff nice enough but after about an hour I get asked to look at some concerning safety issues.
