We purchased a Kenmore Bottom Freezer Refrigerator when we moved into our new home last September. We have had it 8 months and all of a sudden the freezer thawed and the refigerator is now at 50 degrees. We lost everything and they will not replace the food we lost. If the refrigerator were older I could see the argument, but for it to die after 8 months is just not normal. There is obviously a defect somewhere.
