Today is April 10, 2009 the reason for this letter is for updating my Report. Shortly after Rip-Off Report went into the websites we got a call from Mr. Roman Kirillov of Tico Paradise Properties. He told me he was ready to settle but that I had to put in a rebuttal for the RipOff Report story right away.
