In Tennessee we were recently struck by tornadoes. To comp people for their losses ford sent out cards where you were supposed to call and they would extend your payments. This is a comment I wrote for something similar for an article for them doing the same thing for an Iowa tornado. This is how they treat their customers and I am currently outraged.
