AT&T was told to shut phone down and not allow long distance phone calls in the house where I am not living; but am hanging onto phone number. They did not do this. When someone made long distance phone calls, they want me to accept responsibility for them. I won't. I did not make the calls and it was AT&T's responsibility to shut the phone down from the capability. How does that make me responsible in any way? It doesn't. I will never accept that debt.
