I am going to the Zac Brown Band concert at the hollywood bowl and got tickets through ticketturbo.com. The tickets said, 3rd level, behind Terrace boxes. My wife called to be sure the tickets were 3 levels back from the stage, behind the terrace boxes. Ticketturbo confirmed they were so we bought the tickets. Turns out there were three levels behind the Terraces, not three levels from the stage like they had assured us they were. Called ticketturbo to no avail, no refunds is what they said.
