Case No 201105312783995 for Computer ID C101330633 - I upgraded my Avast and they suggested that I immediately have my computer cleaned and connected iYogi. They spent 2 hours cleaning and when another 2 trying to fix their errors. This went on for 4 days until 1:00 in the morning and after 4 hours of sleep, starting over. When I came home that night, the computer has crashed to the point that they cannot even get it to boot up in safe mode. Spent another 3-1/2 to be told they could not do anything.
