The hold times are around one hour. Page Plus ILLEGALLY records call. They have the worst reception of any provider. No one in customer service knows what they are doing. The customer service is very rude and will hang up on you and thus you wait on hold to speak to another untrained rep. The phones are so cheap, that no one can hear you. The are verizons reburbs that are junk. When they make a mistake as they often do, they blame you for it and hang up.
