Sent a letter Certified Mail via USPS. Letter arrived at delivery Post Office (32080) next day (Wednesday). Tracking ends there, letter recipient never recieved letter (which now costs me $500 because I cannot show delivery of letter). Post Office at 32080 does not know where letter has gone, left me on terminal hold several times. Called main complaint number and told that Certified Mail really is just First Class mail and really is not guaranteed delivery. Really?
