I was terminated over the phone while I was working an event because I was disruptive to the team. When I tried to ask the caller to explain I was told to contact HR if I had any questions. I have been calling and emailing HR and employee relations now for over a week with no response. I am sure my supervisor told her supervisor some bold face lie to get me terminated immediatly, because they did not even go through the steps of written warnings as they should have.
