The Handyman Club of America sent us an unrequested 5 piece Flush Trim Bit set and then said we had to pay for them or send them back. I knew that if something is sent unsolicited that you do NOT have to pay for it OR send it back so I wrote that on the bill. THEN we got another bill. It is nearly impossible to contact them. The phone number just gives you a round robin of prompts but the only way I found to get a real person was to enter our membership number incorrectly several times.
