I have never signed up for this service and received a charge for 8.95 on my cc. I called my bank and received a refund but was made aware I needed to cancel my cc. I googled this company and found their site plus a long list of complaints of unauthorized cc charges. I called the company and spoke with someone decent who canceled my "account with them" and issued a full refund without many questions. Hopefully, it truly is canceled. I will still be canceling my cc that was used and getting a new one to be sure. read full review »
