What started out with a good replacement of a hotwater heater turned ugly. First, there was a mistake on my end, with that I accidently paid them with a check I no longer had a bank with. I'm not sure how I even still had the checkbook, but it happened. Completely unintentional, as I had plenty of money to pay for the installation. When The company called to inform me the check had been returned, the lady was extremely rude. In the end I asked her to send me a bill, and I hung up.
