I have paid into to AFLAC policy for three years, luckily I had never had to make a claim in the past. Recently I became ill and my doctor suggested that I stay out of work for 3 weeks. I filed Short Term Disability form and it was denied. They claimed that my doctor completed the paperwork incorrectly. I asked the doctor to re-do the paper work to their specs and it was denied again.
