One of the staff members is always very rude. I believe she is the lady in charge. I buy stuff online and whenever I go in to get my packages she just glares at me. I have never missed rent nor been late. Also they have called me twice and both times she was extremely rude in her message and one of the times was calling just to check in! There was a noise complaint (something on my patio was knocking against the building I guess) and in the message she's like "yeah you need to fix that". You don't act that way or say those things.
