I am being harrassed from some people that say I owe Cash Advance Loan. On different occasions they threaten me that I have to pay back immediately or they will be seeking legal action. I have asked them numerous times for proof of what I owe; they say they don't have to tell me anything. Every time they call which is often they threaten me; I have checked with my bank on the dates they said money was put in, but there were no deposits; once they said it was in Nov. 2010, then it was in March of 2011.
