I paid $24.61 cash for a "Dirt Rider" magazine on 4/06/11. They told me I would recieve my magazines with in 4 to 6 weeks. It has been atleast two months and they have not come. I want my money back. I know more neighbors that paid in cash too, because the two guys that were selling the magazines said that paying in cash would make it "easier to manage".
