I feel the need to write a complaint about Giada Salon for others who might be considering their services. My experience was shocking to me and to Aveda headquarters. Giada is a local business in Chico CA and run in a very unprofessional manner. They have yet to return a phone call. But this is minimal compared to what happens when you actually do get an appt.
