I rented a truck to move a dryer in Phoenix. I called and was told I could rent a used truck for $29.95. I thought this was a deal. Since I was driving my car, I took a friend with me to be an additional driver on the vehicle who's insurance covered him on a rental car just like mine did. When we arrived, the first guy didn't speak very much, except to ask us if we wanted the "green one" or the "white one".
