In September we contracted with a Cactus Wi-Fi to install a 'hot spot' that would cost $4500. It was promised to be installed in 2-3 weeks. The installation never worked. The office, hard-wired, was functional - but the promised wifi hot spot was a dismal disappointment from the beginning.
