My IP TV by Airtel is unserviceable since 27 May 11. The customer service is very user unfriendly and takes you in circles and when you do get through gives you a number and promptly comes a messege on phone saying it will be done in 5 days. When you check after two days they say we never got a complaint. Give the number, they say that is expired. 47067108 they said by 01 Jun 1553hrs. 46992916 they said by 03 Jun by 0036 hrs.46956476 they said by 03 Jun 11 1330 hrs.46874326 by 1443 hrs 01 Jun 11. and many more for the same complaint.
