I agree with the other comments. The same thing happened to me and my Deluxe Rider for Vision suddenly doesn't cover Vision as they have outsourced it to another company with another set of providers. Of course the customer has no way of knowing this as they did not communicate it to the customer paying for the coverage! My Optometrist is covered but not the glasses he prescribed!! (Even through the insurance covers glasses) Figure that out!!! read full review »
