I went to this company to get my Cuban passport back in Dec 20 2010. They told me it would take about 3 to 4 months. I have been calling since March to check the status they told me they had sent it and that they have not received it. I emailed the Cuban Embassy and they replied letting me know that the passport was NEVER sent back in Dec nor Jan it was received in the Embassy on April 28 2011. That is ridiculous.
