I upgraded to the x8350 all in one printer. The previous cheaper model permitted one to refill their cartridges and reset the levels accordingly. With this version, that is not possible. You still can fill your own but cannot reset the level indicator. Once you have refilled them a few times, the printer (must have communication with Lexmark's mainframe) will then indicate that your cartridge is not recognized by the printer and please install a new one.
