Recently I had to cancel an appointment with Massage Envy - due to an unexpected personal matter, which unfortunately arose 2 hours before my appointment. I explained to the Salon manager the reason why I had to cancel, only then to be informed that there is a 50% cancellation fee. I asked if rescheduling my appointment would avoid being charged this fee - but was told it is "policy".
