I ordered a bender ball as a present for someone about a month ago, now I was charged about $26 for the extra supplements they decided to send to me. I called the customer service line and they did absolutely nothing, said it was already shipped so I couldn't get my money back until after I sent it back at my own expense. A day after I had this conversation THE EXACT SAME CHARGE was on my account to the cent! They double charged me after the women said she was reverse it. Unbelievable. I'm trying to file a formal complaint against them through my bank but for some reason my bank is not allowing me to. read full review »
